Specificity
Recognizes guinea pig IgG, F(ab')2. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-Goat Serum, Guinea Pig IgG, Guinea Pig IgG F(ab')2 and Guinea Pig Serum. No reaction was observed against Guinea Pig IgG F(c).
Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. Alkaline phosphatase conjugates are sensitive to light.

Application Notes for anti-IgG, F(ab')2 antibody
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Dilution: Capture ELISA: 1:2000-1:15,000. Assayed against 1ug of Guinea Pig IgG using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.
Western Blot: 1:500-1:2500
Immunohistochemistry: 1:200-1:1000

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-IgG, F(ab')2 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
