Dilution: Western Blot: 1:500
Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:100

Immunohistochemistry (IHC) of anti-LOC396473 antibody

Immunohistochemistry(paraffin): Representative images from a previous lot. Optimal Staining of MARCKS With Citrate pH 6.0 Epitope Retrieval: Rat Placenta MARCKS representative staining pattern/morphology in rat placenta. Tissue pretreated with citrate pH 6, antigen retrieval. A previous lot of this antibody was diluted to 1:100, using IHC-Select® Detection with HRP-DAB.
Rabbit Anti-LOC396473 Polyclonal Antibody – Cat# MBS620589

Western Blot (WB) of anti-LOC396473 antibody

Western Blot Analysis: EGF treated A431 lysates were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with anti-MARCKS PHOSPHO SER152/156 (1:500 dilution of this lot). Proteins were visualized using a donkey anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates phosphorylated MARCKS (~80 kD).
