SDS-Page of anti-SCAMP3 antibody

30ug of whole cell extracts from exponentially growing mouse NIH3T3 and human K562, HepG2, and JEG-3 cells were prepared, resolved by SDS-PAGE, and transferred to a PVDF membrane. The membrane was immunoblotted with 1.0ug/ml sheep anti-SCAMP3 antibody, as described in Protocols for Immunoblotting.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-SCAMP3 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.

NCBI Summary for SCAMP3

This gene encodes an integral membrane protein that belongs to the secretory carrier membrane protein family. The encoded protein functions as a carrier to the cell surface in post-golgi recycling pathways. This protein is also involved in protein trafficking in endosomal pathways. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
