Specificity
Recognizes canine IgG F(ab')2. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-rabbit serum, canine IgG, canine IgG F(ab')2 and canine serum. No reaction was observed against canine IgG F(c).
Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Texas Red conjugates are sensitive to light.
