Assay by Immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-rabbit serum, rat IgG and rat serum and rat IgG F(ab')2. No reaction was observed against rat IgG F(c).
Preparation and Storage
Store vial at 4 degree C prior to restoration. Restore with 1ml of deionized water (or equivalent). For extended storage reconstitute product with 50% glycerol instead of water and then aliquot contents and freeze at-20 degree C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4 degree C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Expiration date is one (1) year from date of restoration.

Immunoblotting, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunomicroscopy and antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates.
Dilution: Assayed against 1ug of Rat IgG in a standard capture ELISA using peroxidase conjugated streptavidin. A working dilution of 1:6,000 to 1:25,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-IgG, F(ab')2 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
