Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography using Sheep IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.
Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-alkaline phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-rabbit serum, sheep IgG, sheep IgG F(ab')2 and sheep serum. No reaction was observed against sheep IgG F(c).
Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Dilution: ELISA: 1:500 to 1:2,000; using p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.

If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
