Preparation and Storage
Stord at 4 degree C. Do not freeze. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Suitable for use in Immunoblot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
Dilution: Standard Capture ELISA: 1:2000-1:8000. Use 1.0ug of Goat IgG with pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-IgG, F(ab')2, X-Adsorbed antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
