Specificity
Recognizes heavy chains on rabbit IgG light chains on all rabbit immunoglobulins based on IEP.
Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. Alkaline phosphatase conjugates are sensitive to light.

If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
