Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography using human antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption.
Specificity
Recognizes human IgG, Lambda. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Fluorescein and anti-Goat Serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% crossreactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes.
Preparation and Storage
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. Reconstitute with sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Aliquot and store at -20 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
