Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin and anti-Goat Serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% against other Human heavy or light chain proteins
Preparation and Storage
Store vial at 4 degree C prior to restoration. Restore with 1.0 ml of deionized water (or equivalent). For extended storage mix product with 50% glycerol and then aliquot contents and freeze at-20 degree C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4 degree C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Expiration date is one (1) year from date of restoration.
