Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Dilution: Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000 detected phosphorylated STAT2 in HeLa whole cell RIPA lysate stimulated with interferon gamma (0.3ng/ml) for 16-20 hours and then treated with interferon alpha (2000 units/ml) for 20 minutes. HeLa whole cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with S7970-80 (1:200). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit (HRP) secondary and a chemiluminescence detection system.
