Chemiluminescence of anti-Kip1, p27 antibody

Recombinant p27 Kip1-GST fusion protein was incubated without (lane 1) and with (lane 2) cdk2/cyclin E, active in the presence of Mg/ATP. Reaction products were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with MBS631316 (1:2000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates phosphorylated recombinant p27 Kip1-GST (∼55kD).
