Application Notes for anti-mts antibody
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Phosphatase assays.
Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml. Detects PP2A catalytic subunit (~34kD) in rabbit brain membrane cytosol and in human A431 RIPA cell lysate.
Immunoprecipitation: 4ug immunoprecipitates PP2A catalytic subunit from 500ug rabbit brain extract and 1mg human A431 RIPA cell lysate.
Immunoprecipitation/Phosphatase Assay: 5ug immunoprecipitates PP2A from 1U of purified Protein Phosphatase 2A, Serine, Threonine (PP2A Ser/Thr) (Catalog No: P9107-33D). Phospatase activity was demonstrated using Phosphatase Assay Kit Ser/Thr, KR-pT-IRR, BioAssay (Catalog No: P4071-70).
Optimal dilutions to be detemined by the researcher.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-mts antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
