Reacts with Synthetic NS-4a Protein (1689a.a.-1735a.a) and Recombinant Chimeric HCV Polyprotein (60kD). No cross reaction was seen with Recombinant CPC*+EPM** (core) (1a.a.-142a.a.), Synthetic CPC* (1a.a. -61a.a.), Recombinant NS-3 Protein (1252a.a. -1477a.a.) or Synthetic NS-3 Protein (1378a.a. -1458a.a.).
Preparation and Storage
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile ddH2O, PBS, aliquot and store at -20 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
