Recognizes human leukemia cell line HL-60. Immunoprecipitates two proteins of MW of 48 and 52kD. Does not stain B cell lines Daudy, PHS, Namalwa, RPMI-1788 or T-cell lines CCRF-HSB2, Jurkat and Molt-4.
Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
