Immunohistochemistry (IHC) of anti-OPRK1 antibody

Immunohistochemistry analysis of KOR in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human brainstem (medulla) using MBS632940 (15ug/ml) overnight at 4°C. Before incubation with the primary antibody tissue was subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval. Tissue was stained with anti-mouse HRP-DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-OPRK1 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
