Application Notes for anti-met antibody
Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation.
Dilution: Immunoprecipitation: Add 10ul of M3007-22C (well-vortexed) to 200ul of cell lysate at 1mg/ml in 1X Cell Lysis Buffer (20mM Tris, pH 7.5, 150mM sodium chloride, 1mM EDTA, 1mM EGTA, 1% Triton X-100, 2.5mM sodium pyrophosphate, 1mM beta-glycerophosphate, 1mM Na3VO4, 1ug/ml Leupeptin, 1mM PMSF.

Immunoprecipitation (IP) of anti-met antibody

Immunoprecipitation of HCC827 cell lysates using Immobilized Rabbit IgG (Agarose) (lane 1) and MBS633098 (lane 2). The Western Blot was probed using Phospho-Met (Tyr1234/1235) Monoclonal antibody.
