Western Blot (WB) of anti-Stat92E antibody

Western Blot shows detection of phosphorylated Stat5_ (indicated by arrowhead at ~91kD) in NK92 cellsusing MBS633288 after 30 min treatment with 1Ku of IL-2 (lane 2). No reactivity is seen for non-phosphorylated Stat5_ in untreated cells (lane 1). The membrane was probed with the primary antibody at a 1:1000 dilution, overnight at 4°C. For detection DyLightTM800 conjugated Gt- a-Mouse IgG was used at a 1:20,000 dilution for 30 min at room temperature.

Immunohistochemistry (IHC) of anti-Stat92E antibody

Immunohistochemistry shows detection of phosphorylated STAT5 pY694 in FFPE human breast tissue (40X) using MBS633288 (20ug/m). The image shows breast epithelium with moderate nuclear staining. No pre-treatment of sample was required. The image shows the localization of antibody as the precipitated red |signal, with a hematoxylin purple nuclear counterstain.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-Stat92E antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
