Serum. Apo AI and Apo B extracted from normal human serum. The resulting serum is non-measurable for Apo AI and Apo B by TIA (Diasorin test kit). Product is then sterile filtered.
Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
