Suitable for use as a standard for Western blots using enhanced chemiluminescence. For blots using less sensitive substrates such as alkaline phosphatase, load larger amounts of protein onto the gel.
Dilution: Load 2-5ul of standard directly from vial. No dilution is necessary.
