Suitable for use as a standard for Western Blotting.
Dilution: For Western blots using enhanced chemiluminescence load 2-5ul of prepared standard directly from vial. No dilution is necessary. For blots using less sensitive substrates such as alkaline phosphatase, larger amounts of protein should be loaded onto the gel.

Other Notes

Small volumes of Protein Kinase C epsilon, SDS Standard protein vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
