Preparation and Storage

Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot.
Dilution: HIV-2 gp36 ELISA with HIV-2 positive sera at 1:2000 with 1-100nanograms per well gp36. Background with BSA or normal sera OD405 <0.1. Alkaline phosphatase substrate for 45 min.

If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap.
