Suitable for use as a standard for Western blots.
Dilution: For Western blots using enhanced chemiluminescence load 2-5ul of prepared standard directly from vial. No dilution is necessary. For blots using less sensitive substrates, such as alkaline phosphatase, larger amounts of protein should be loaded onto the gel.
Optimum dilutions to be determined by researcher.

If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap.
