Application Notes for Rubella, E1 Envelope Protein recombinant protein
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Dot Blot, and Lateral Flow.
Dilution: ELISA: 10-100ng depending on the nature and affinity of the detection reagent. Human serum polyclonal antibodies yield titers of 1:1000 or greater at 100ng of immobilized R9700-05P under standard ELISA conditions.
Western Blot: 10-100ng depending on the nature and affinity of the detection reagent.
Lateral Flow: 1-2mg/ml
