Application Notes for HIV-1 env gp120, Strain IIIB active protein
A dose dependent response assay should be performed to determine the optimal concentration for use in specific applications. 1. ELISA and Western ELISA may be performed at dilutions of 1:1000 range depending on the concentration of CD4 in the test system. Binding to murine and human monoclonal/polyclonal antibodies may be performed at higher dilutions.

Small volumes of HIV-1 env gp120, Strain IIIB active protein vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
