2
Labeled Oligonucleotide (LO) Assay
No detectable degradation of a single-stranded and double-stranded labeled oligonucleotide was observed after incubation with 10 units of restriction endonuclease for 4 hours.
Lambda

Ligation/Recutting Assay
After 50-fold overdigestion (3u/ug DNA x 17 hours) with PsuI, more than 95% of the DNA fragments can be ligated at a 5'-termini concentration of 0.21uM. More than 95% of these can be recut.

Other Notes

Small volumes of PsuI restriction enzyme vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
