Supplied in a 10X concentrated stock. Dilute to 1X or 2X before use. (lot specific)

Preparation and Storage

May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Note

This buffer contains BSA. In order to avoid the risk of bacterial growth, do not store buffer containing BSA at 4 degree C for periods longer than one week. If buffer is to be stored at 4 degree C it should be aliquoted into small portions and the main stock should be kept at -20 degree C.
