Preparation and Storage
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Application Notes for anti-Secretory Component, Free antibody
Suitable for use in ELISA, Double Radial Immunodiffusion and Immunoelectrophoresis.
Dilution: Double Radial Immunodiffusion (Ouchterlony): Use a rosette arrangement with 10ul in 3mm diameter center well and 2ul serum samples (neat and serially diluted in 2mm diameter peripheral wells).
Immunoelectrophoresis: 120ul against 2ul serum or equivalent

Small volumes of anti-Secretory Component, Free antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
