Western Blot (WB) of anti-CLEC9A antibody

Western Blot analysis of mouse CLEC9a lysates using MBS641692. PVDF Membrane was probed with 2ug/ml of MBS641692 followed by IgG (HRP) rat secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for CLEC9a at ~33kD (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

NCBI Summary for CLEC9A

CLEC9A is a group V C-type lectin-like receptor (CTLR) that functions as an activation receptor and is expressed on myeloid lineage cells (Huysamen et al., 2008 [PubMed 18408006]).[supplied by OMIM, Aug 2008]

UniProt Comments for CLEC9A

CLEC9A: Functions as an endocytic receptor on a small subset of myeloid cells and induces intracellular signaling via spleen tyrosine kinase (Syk). Acts as a receptor for necrotic cells and can mediate the cross-presentation of dead-cell associated antigens in a Syk-dependent manner.
