Western Blot (WB) of anti-B3gnt1 antibody

Detection of Human B-1,3-N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase 1/B3GNT1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of IMR-32 human neuroblastoma cell line and HEK293T human embryonic kidney cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2ug/ml of Mouse Human B-1,3-N- acetylglucosaminyl-transferase 1/B3GNT1 Monoclonal Antibody followed by HRP-conjugated Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for B-1,3-N- acetylglucosaminyltransferase 1/B3GNT1 at approximately 55kD. This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.
