Western Blot: 1ug/ml

Western Blot (WB) of anti-TDRKH antibody

Detection of Human TDRKH by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human testis tissue. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1ug/ml of Human TDRKH Antigen Affinitypurified Polyclonal Antibody followed by HRPconjugated Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody A specific band was detected for TDRKH at approximately 70kD (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.
Sheep Anti-TDRKH Polyclonal Antibody – Cat# MBS642126

Immunohistochemistry (IHC) of anti-TDRKH antibody

TDRKH in Mouse Testis. TDRKH was detected in immersion fixed frozen sections of adult mouse testis using Human TDRKH Affinitypurified Polyclonal Antibody at 10ug/ml overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the NorthernLightsTM 493conjugated Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to germ cells. UniProt Comments for TDRKH

TDRKH: a protein containing one Tudor and two KH_1 domims. Tudor domains have been shown to interact with arginine-glycine-rich motifs in a methylarginine-dependent manner, and target methylated arginines physiologically. KH domains are RNA-binding domains found in a wide variety of nucleic acid-binding proteins. Two isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.
