Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS) of anti-LAG3 antibody

Detection of LAG-3 in mouse pplenocytes by Flow Cytometry. Mouse splenocytes were treated for 72h with 50ng/ml PMA and 500ng/ml Ca2+ Ionomycin then stained with MBS642763 or isotype control antibody, followed by Allophycocyanin- conjugated Rat IgG Secondary Antibody.
