Western Blot (WB) of anti-PGPEP1 antibody

Detection of Human and Mouse PGPEP-1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of LNCaP human prostate cancer cell line, JAR human choriocarcinoma cell line, NTera-2 human testicular embryonic carcinoma cell line, Neuro-2A mouse neuroblastoma cell line, and human brain (cortex) tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1ug/ml of Sheep Human PGPEP-1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody followed by HRP-conjugated Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for PGPEP-1 at approximately 23kD. This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-PGPEP1 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
