Immunofluorescence (IF) of anti-MSX1 antibody

Fluorescent image of U251 cell stained with MSX1 Antibody (Center) .U251 cells were fixed with 4% PFA (20 min), permeabilized with Triton X-100 (0.1%, 10 min), then incubated with MSX1 primary antibody (1:25, 1 h at 37℃). For secondary antibody, Alexa Fluor® 488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody (green) was used (1:400, 50 min at 37℃).Cytoplasmic actin was counterstained with Alexa Fluor® 555 (red) conjugated Phalloidin (7units/ml, 1 h at 37℃).MSX1 immunoreactivity is localized to Nucleus significantly.

Western Blot (WB) of anti-MSX1 antibody

MSX1 Antibody (Center) western blot analysis in A375 cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the MSX1 antibody detected the MSX1 protein (arrow).
Rabbit Anti-MSX1 Polyclonal Antibody, Western Blot (WB) – Cat# MBS644688

Western Blot (WB) of anti-MSX1 antibody

MSX1 Antibody (Center) western blot analysis in mouse spleen tissue lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the MSX1 antibody detected the MSX1 protein (arrow).
Rabbit Anti-MSX1 Polyclonal Antibody, Western Blot (WB) – Cat# MBS644688

Immunofluorescence (IF) of anti-MSX1 antibody

Fluorescent confocal image of SY5Y cells stained with MSX1 (Center) antibody. SY5Y cells were fixed with 4% PFA (20 min), permeabilized with Triton X-100 (0.2%, 30 min). Cells were then incubated with AP19261c MSX1 (Center) primary antibody (1:200, 2 h at room temperature). For secondary antibody, Alexa Fluor® 488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody (green) was used (1:1000, 1h). Nuclei were counterstained with Hoechst 33342 (blue) (10 μg/ml, 5 min). Note the highly specific localization of the MSX1 mainly to the nucleus.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-MSX1 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
