Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat Mind Bomb 1/MIB1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of 293T human embryonic kidney cell line, mouse liver tissue, and rat liver tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1ug/ml of Sheep Human/Mouse/Rat Mind Bomb1/MIB1 Affinity purified Polyclonal followed by HRP-conjugated AntiSheep IgG Secondary. A specific band was detected for Mind Bomb 1/MIB1 at approximately 115kD (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
