Inositol Assay Medium Culture Media

White, homogeneous, free flowing powder

Store powdered media at RT. Opened bottles should be capped tightly and kept in a dark, low humidity environment. Prepared media should be kept at 4 degree C and used within a short period of time.

Slightly yellow, clear, complete

Dissolve 12.2g in 100ml of ddH2O stirring with heat. Boil for 1 minute until completely solubilized. Dispense 5ml amounts into tubes. Add standard or test samples. Adjust tube volume to 10ml. Autoclave at 12°C for 5 minutes. See Difco Manual for more directions.
