Suitable for use in pancreatic islet primary isolation and other applications where receptor integrity is crucial. Collagenase is prepared to contain lower tryptic activity levels to limit damage to membrane proteins and receptors but with normal to above normal collagenase activity.

Other Notes

Small volumes of Collagenase, Type IV, C. histolyticum enzyme vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
