Clone Note
Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with Newcastle disease virus (La-sota strain).
Application Notes for anti-NDV antibody
MAbs 9F7, 11F12, 13H3, 9C6 and 1C10 are working in Western blotting.
MAbs 9F7, 11F12, 13H3, 9C6, 1C10 and 2H4 are working in haemagglutinin inhibition test.
All MAbs are working in ELISA. MAbs 2H4 and 8H2 are recommended as coating antibodies and MAbs 9F7, 11F12 and 1C10 as conjugate antibodies in sandwich immunoassay.
MAb 6H12 is working in Immunofluorescence (IF) and in Peroxidase -Immunohistdegree Chemistry staining of infected cells.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-NDV antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
