Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human GPBB.

Western Blot (WB)
Application Notes for anti-GPBB antibody
GPBB immunoassay and immunoaffinity purification.
All MAbs are working in Western blotting.
Best pairs for sandwich immunoassay (capture - detection): 1G6 - 6F1, 6F1 - 7B9.
Important note: it is recommended to use three-step assay, since signal is low in one-step and two-step assays.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-GPBB antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
