Performance
Five x 105 cultured CH7C17 tumor cells (HA1.7 Vb3+ transfectant) were washed and incubated 45 minutes on ice with 80 ul of anti-TCR Vb3 at a 1:50 dilution (10ug/ml). Cells were washed three times, fixed and analyzed by FACS. Cells stained positive with a mean shift of 1.11 log10 fluorescent units when compared to a Mouse IgG2a/FITC negative control at a similar concentration. Binding was blocked when cells were pre incubated with 20 ul of 0.5mg/ml unlabeled anti- TCR Vb3 mAb.

Protein A purified antibody from hollow fiber bioreactor EC was reacted with FITC. Unconjugated FITC was separated from antibody/FITC conjugate by desalting column. The antibody/FITC conjugate is at approximately 0.5 mg/ml with a Fluorescein/IgG molar ratio of 9.5.
