Store at 2 - 5 degree C. Freeze/thawing not recommended.
Product should retain activity for at least 12 months after shipping date when stored as recommended.
Performance
When used as a second step reagent in Flow cytometry, optimal resolution between signal and background with Mouse anti-Human antibodies was obtained using 50ul of a 1:60 dilution of product to stain 5 x 105 cells, followed by a 3o incubation with Streptavidin R-Phycoerythrin. Cells types tested: Ficolled human peripheral blood lymphocytes, CEM, and Nalm-6.

Antiserum was obtained from goats immunized with purified mouse IgG, and polyclonal antibody was purified by immunospecific affinity chromatography. Nonspecific binding was reduced by adsorbtion to human serum proteins. The prep was then reacted with NHS-Biotin. Unconjugated FITC was removed from conjugate using extensive dialysis. Antibody conjugate is at approximately 0.2 mg/ml.

30 mM Sodium Phosphate pH 7.5, 150 mM NaCl, 50 mM KCl, 0.6% BSA, 2.5% Glycerol, 0.06% NaN3 (as a preservative).
