The antibody was purified from culture supernatant by affinity chromatography and lyophilized from a 0.2 um filtered solution in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS).

Preparation and Storage
Lyophilized samples are stable for 2 years from date of receipt when stored at -70 degree C. Reconstituted antibody can be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20 degree C for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity.
Preparation
This antibody was produced from a hybridoma (mouse myeloma fused with spleen cells from a rat) immunized with purified mouse dendritic cells (DCs). IgG2 fraction of the culture supernatant was purified by protein G affinity chromatography. The monoclonal antibody reacts with a surface marker of mouse DCs.
Reconstitution
Reconstitute the antibody with 400 ul sterile PBS and the final concentration is 500 ug/ml.
