Application Notes for anti-IP-10 antibody
Direct Detection: To detect mIP-10 by direct ELISA (using 100 mul/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.25 - 1.0 mug/ml of this antibody is required. This biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of at least 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well of recombinant mIP-10.

Sandwich ELISA: To detect mIP-10 by sandwich ELISA (using 100 mul/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.25 - 1.0 mug/ml of this antibody is required. This biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with Polyclonal Anti-Murine IP-10 as a capture antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well of recombinant mIP-10.

Western Blot: To detect mIP-10 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant mIP-10 is 1.5 - 3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-IP-10 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
