WB (1/500 - 1/1000), IH (1/100 - 1/200)

Western Blot (WB) of anti-A4GNT antibody

Western blot analysis of A4GNT expression in HEK293T (A), mouse testis (B), rat kidney (C) whole cell lysates.
Rabbit Anti-A4GNT Polyclonal Antibody – Cat# MBS822190

Immunohistochemistry (IHC) of anti-A4GNT antibody

Immunohistochemical analysis of A4GNT staining in human pancreas formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with haematoxylin and mounted with DPX.

NCBI Summary for A4GNT

This gene encodes a protein from the glycosyltransferase 32 family. The enzyme catalyzes the transfer of N-acetylglucosamine (GlcNAc) to core 2 branched O-glycans. It forms a unique glycan, GlcNAcalpha1-->4Galbeta-->R and is largely associated with the Golgi apparatus membrane. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
