WB (1/500 - 1/1000), IH (1/100 - 1/200)

Western Blot (WB) of anti-TGFB3 antibody

Western blot analysis of TGF beta 3 expression in MCF7 (A), NIH3T3 (B), PC12 (C) whole cell lysates.
Rabbit Anti-TGFB3 Polyclonal Antibody – Cat# MBS822335

Immunohistochemistry (IHC) of anti-TGFB3 antibody

Immunohistochemical analysis of TGF beta 3 staining in human breast cancer formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with haematoxylin and mounted with DPX.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-TGFB3 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.

NCBI Summary for TGFB3

This gene encodes a member of the TGF-beta family of proteins. The encoded protein is secreted and is involved in embryogenesis and cell differentiation. Defects in this gene are a cause of familial arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia 1. [provided by RefSeq, Mar 2009]
