Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS) of anti-CD244.2 antibody

C57BL/6 splenocytes were cultured for 6 days in Mouse IL-2 protein and subsequently stained with 0.125 ug of CD244.2 antibody (filled histogram) or 0.125 ug of Rat IgG2a kappa Isotype Control (open histogram) followed by Anti-Rat IgG (biotin) and Streptavidin (PE).
