Application Notes for anti-Norovirus VP1 antibody
The sandwich ELISA method was performed by the avidin-biotin system. Matched pair antibody available - (MBS834518). The minimum detection limits on a sandwich ELISA using the capture antibody MBS832466 and the detector antibody (MBS834518) were approximately 1ng/mL of recombinant VP1 protein of type group II-3 and 3ng /ml of recombinant protein of group II-4.

Small volumes of anti-Norovirus VP1 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
