Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS) of anti-FceRI alpha antibody

Staining of normal human peripheral blood cells with 0.125 ug of Mouse IgG2b Isotype Control (biotin) (open histogram) or 0.06 ug of Fc epsilon Receptor I alpha antibody (biotin) (filled histogram) followed by Streptavidin (PE). Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis.
