Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest

Staining of C57BL/6 splenocytes with CD3e antibody (FITC) and 0.03 ug of CD274 antibody (PE). Quadrant lines demarcate staining of Rat IgG2a kappa Isotype Control (PE). Total viable cells were used for analysis.
