Staining of BALB/c bone marrow cells with 0.25 ug of Rat IgG2b Isotype Control (open histogram) or 0.25 ug of TER-119 antibody (biotin) (filled histogram) followed by Streptavidin (PE). Cells in the small scatter population were used for analysis.
